Mountain buggy saves the holiday !!




Hubby is a private hire driver so we had no family holiday in the summer because if he takes time off we have no income so we saved up for a long weekend in Blackpool for the Illuminations
we went last weekend and had a fab time :-D

I was a bit worried that we would not fit the urban in the boot with all our other items we would need for a family of 5 but it was no problem  

We just arrived in Blackpool on Friday and my 4 year old told me he could not walk because he had a sore hip. We tried carrying him along the front thinking when he seen the shows he would be OK but no he was still sore so we let him In the urban and Jemma got out to walk but she got tired after a few hours so we jumped it a cab !!

luckily Hayden managed still to have a great time at Nickelodeon Land

Nickelodeon Land is the new edition to Blackpool Pleasure Beach

It has 12 fantastic new rides that the whole family can go on .
we got to meet some Nick characters. It also has a fab Nick Shop

We also went to the new tower eye It was great fun.You go it to the new 4d Cinema first,It a short film  brought to life with sensory effects, such as wind rain and sunshine, to bring all things 'Blackpool' to life.  you stand as the floor vibrates you can even take your pushchair in with you . We then went up to the top of the tower Hayden was not to sure if he liked it but he was OK when we got him to count the cars the wee scone
